Dear Club administrators, program directors and head coaches.

As you may be aware, Alpine Canada Alpin-CSC (Canadian Ski Coach) require coaches who are actively coaching in the current season to complete steps to maintain their required annual license in the ‘’ISSUED’’ status.

As a Club administrator, program director or head coach, it is your responsibility to ensure that your coaching staff have their license in good standing before January 31st of each year.

This license ensures that coaches have the necessary safe sports requirements, training, certification and ACA liability insurance to provide quality coaching services to athletes.

This does not include sport accident insurance coverage. ACA offers a third party sports accident insurance program (SAIP) for that purpose. For more information click here.

To verify that your coaching staff has their license in good standing, you need to access the Snowreg system and check their status. Snowreg is a secure online platform that allows you to manage your club's membership, registration, events and coaching licenses.

To access Snowreg, you need to have a club administrator account. If you do not have one, please contact Alpine Canada at coach@alpinecanada.org to request one.

*ACA strongly recommends that the admin account be created with a different email than the personal coach account.

**Only two (2) administrator accounts will be granted per PTSO or club.

Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Sincerely,

Alpine Canada Alpin
